GBWorst Customer Service ever Worst Customer Service ever! My package is lost, spend 110.00 $ and all they give me is a run around and false promises. UPS closed the investigation and I was told they have to send me a replacement or refund my money. But Notino tells me it was disputed by UPS. Which was a lie, because I called UPS right away. So now I didn't receive my product nor my refund. I will definitely talk to my lawyer and contact my bank. This is not how you treat your customers.

GBGot a message saying payment didn’t go … Got a message saying payment didn’t go thru. Called my credit card saying payment went thru. Then called Notino. Notino’s Customer service didn’t provide any helpful resolution and said their bank did NOT accept my payment. This is the worst online shopping experience I ever had.

GBGood site but nobody's perfect Good site with mostly good prices and a good selection. Wish shipping charges would be more comparable to other e-tailers. No more free shipping is offered regardless of purchase amount and even before, the threshold for free shipping was high. I've been shopping here less often as a result of these added charges. However, packaging and shipping always good and fast.

GBthe speed in which the perfume was … the speed in which the perfume was delivered was reasonable however this does not appear to be the real laura perfume. i've been wearing it for at least 10 years and this is definitely not the same.

GBTime wasted SEVERAL times. No mgr! Called several times again while waiting on hold for hours and guess what? *rep* (don't want to mention name seems decent) again stated "im sorry I don't know what's going on I see here you've phoned in to speak with a manager several times I'm not sure why they hadn't called you back, sometimes our system cannot keep up with what is going on and we lose information." Seriously? Expect a call from my CC company.
