GBEmails bouncing re: where is my refund? I have been a customer of ink farm for over 7 years...just sent back some cartridges in OCTOBER 2023 because my current printer died. Was due a refund of about $48 or so and was told I would receive a check. Still waiting...no response from emails to customer service (2-3X now) and using the form on the website kicks back the information as not sendable. What is going on? Must I contact the Better Business Bureau for a response from them? NEXT!!!!

GBI called about a wrong cartridge being… I called about a wrong cartridge being sent and that I had trouble with two others. I have been using inkjet printers for over 20 years, and time to time things happen. The InkFarm representative was courteous and besides correcting the wrong cartridge replaced the two I was having trouble with, To me that is great service.

GBYour company is a godsend to a senior… Your company is a godsend to a senior citizen. I am involved with BSA and my wife co-runs our church Christmas Fair so we print more than the average senior. My wife also prints out receipts when she pays the bills. BJ's and Walmart prices are higher than yours and not always available for our printer. I have been more than satisfied with the quality and delivery time of your product.

GBMy order was for one color and one b&w… My order was for one color and one b&w cartridge but got two b&w instead. However as soon as I reported the problem the color cartridge was shipped immediately and include a postage paid return envelop. Mistakes happen, how you resolve them is more important. Thanks,

GBSorry about the delay in my review Sorry about the delay in my review, but my old cartridge lasted longer than i'd thought... Installed your HP 45 Cartridge today and works like a charm.. My thanks also for the excellent communication and fast shipping.. When this runs out I will be looking you up again..
