GBCannot understand the representatives… Cannot understand the representatives at all, try to be courteous but when you can't understand a word they say ! No resolution on missing order, excuses and want you to wait another 5 business days, wait another 7 to 10 days for refund. Unacceptable business practice, on hold way to long, can tell it's a call center from back ground noise. I wasn't the only unhappy customer. At this rate we will lose more stores....

GBDefinitely don't buy the DUKAP Crypto 32" Lightweight Hard side Spinner Luggage I purchased the DUKAP Crypto 32" Lightweight Hard side Spinner Luggage from Macy and on my very first trip on an airline the luggage zippers broke, stitching came a loose, lining tore, and the shell (HARD SHELL) was cracked and damaged. I contacted Macy and was told that they can not provide me a refund because the refund period expired (5 days ago). I was 5 days past the refund period! I contacted the company and they said to me "that the damage falls outside the coverage of our Limited Manufacturer's Warranty. These damages are typically attributed to normal wear and tear or mishandling, which are not covered for replacement. Please note that zippers and stitching may encounter various issues during use due to their intricate design and constant movement." I will no longer shop at Macy's and will cutup my credit card. My recommendation to those that read this review is to not shop at Macy's because they no longer stand behind the garbage products they sell on Macy.com and definitely don't buy the DUKAP Crypto 32" Lightweight Hard side Spinner Luggage

GBPoor packing. Online order arrived broken. If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered a set of dishes as a gift. When they arrived, the box of dishes was in another box over twice its size, cushioned with only two sheets of packing paper, and no fragile labels anywhere in sight. The inner box on dishes was coming apart at its seams, likely from how beaten up it must have gotten in transit. Unsurprisingly, some of the dishes were broken when I opened the inner box. I’m actually shocked that more of them were not broken. I think a 5 year old probably could have packed this more securely. Customer service is supposedly mailing a replacement and sending me a return level. I have zero confidence the replacement set will arrive in any better condition, and am frustrated I now have to repack and mail this set for a return. Buyer beware of poor packaging and wasteful practices at Macy’s online.

GBIs zero stars possible? Macy's cancelled order Is zero stars possible? This morning I placed an online order for store pickup (two large luggage pieces which I knew the local store had in-stock). I used my Am Ex card and the purchase was approved of course. But after, Macy's cancelled the order!! I called the number provided (after checking first through chat on the website/may account) and was told they needed to verify my account further. I provided name/billing info etc, but then they wanted me to read a code they sent via text. The message said "we will NEVER call or text for this code" - so why would I provide it for verification? I didn't and was informed that my order could not be reinstated. Of course I'm welcome to go to the store and use my same Am Ex card to purchase it (without additional verification!!!) so this entire "cancellation reason" and "verification process" seems arbitrary, and possibly some sort of fraud. It's no wonder Macy's is suffering customers and they've lost another (I've been one for 50+ years - well back to the Broadway stores days).
