GBRecently Macys customer service haven't… Recently Macys customer service haven't been what it used to be but today I went to green acres mall and met the most wonderful and helpful associates in fragrances department! Alisha and Patty made my shopping day so much better! They had great advice on what to choose as gifts. Shout out to both of them!

GBPoor packing. Online order arrived broken. If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered a set of dishes as a gift. When they arrived, the box of dishes was in another box over twice its size, cushioned with only two sheets of packing paper, and no fragile labels anywhere in sight. The inner box on dishes was coming apart at its seams, likely from how beaten up it must have gotten in transit. Unsurprisingly, some of the dishes were broken when I opened the inner box. I’m actually shocked that more of them were not broken. I think a 5 year old probably could have packed this more securely. Customer service is supposedly mailing a replacement and sending me a return level. I have zero confidence the replacement set will arrive in any better condition, and am frustrated I now have to repack and mail this set for a return. Buyer beware of poor packaging and wasteful practices at Macy’s online.

GBMy package was robbed Hello! My package was robbed. I ordered a jewelry from Macy’s and the package was delivered by UPS. I received the package ripped off in the middle and put back together with a tape. The inside of the jewelry box was also ripped off and taken together with the jewelry, leaving a big hole on a side. Now Macy’s refuses to make a refund or replace the item. And I cannot place a claim on the UPS webpage, because the claim is blocked by the store. I really want the company to know and investigate the case, because someone in the delivery chain is stealing. The person who took the item knew what was inside. And that raises big questions regarding the protection and security measures taken by the company. And now I’m left with no jewelry and no money.

GBBad customer service. Order a few things from Macys and it was shipped from AZ. The store did not put my full address on the package it only had my P. O Box on there and not my street address so OnTrac would not deliver it. ( OnTrac is another problem all by itself) OnTrac said Macy needs to update the address and Macys said I need to do that. I spoke with 3 customer service representatives and no one would help me and I couldn’t understand them. I asked to speak to a manager and they just kept me on hold then was hung up on. So frustrating I just told OnTrac to send the package back. I’m done ordering from Macys.

GBGood merchandise They have a good selection of items for men some of it was great the prices are kind of high but it's a good store for a lot of items
