I processed a return worth $470 months… I processed a return worth $470 months ago (sent back with their label). Last month chatted with an agent who assured refund is coming because online it showed item received but no refund. Today I called and the lady claimed I never returned the items. Then, chatted with an agent that disconnected me. Finally got a hold of another agent that again assured me refund is coming but I don't believe anyone there anymore. The agents are incompetent and hard to understand, stuff goes missing or they don't know how to look up orders the correct way. It's a bad mess!! I'd give them 0 stars if possible.

Cannot understand the representatives… Cannot understand the representatives at all, try to be courteous but when you can't understand a word they say ! No resolution on missing order, excuses and want you to wait another 5 business days, wait another 7 to 10 days for refund. Unacceptable business practice, on hold way to long, can tell it's a call center from back ground noise. I wasn't the only unhappy customer. At this rate we will lose more stores....

False advertisement! I was trying to buy some Nike shoes from Macy’s when I saw they were on sale, it had 30% off on the advertisement so when I try to checkout it wasn’t giving me the promotion. Chatted with a costumer service and he fixed the price but was charging for shipping when it clearly said free shipping. Customer service person said to check back later. Went to check out shoes later only to find the promo had been taken down. Macys does false advertisement!

My package was robbed Hello! My package was robbed. I ordered a jewelry from Macy’s and the package was delivered by UPS. I received the package ripped off in the middle and put back together with a tape. The inside of the jewelry box was also ripped off and taken together with the jewelry, leaving a big hole on a side. Now Macy’s refuses to make a refund or replace the item. And I cannot place a claim on the UPS webpage, because the claim is blocked by the store. I really want the company to know and investigate the case, because someone in the delivery chain is stealing. The person who took the item knew what was inside. And that raises big questions regarding the protection and security measures taken by the company. And now I’m left with no jewelry and no money.

Good merchandise They have a good selection of items for men some of it was great the prices are kind of high but it's a good store for a lot of items
