Bad customer service. Order a few things from Macys and it was shipped from AZ. The store did not put my full address on the package it only had my P. O Box on there and not my street address so OnTrac would not deliver it. ( OnTrac is another problem all by itself) OnTrac said Macy needs to update the address and Macys said I need to do that. I spoke with 3 customer service representatives and no one would help me and I couldn’t understand them. I asked to speak to a manager and they just kept me on hold then was hung up on. So frustrating I just told OnTrac to send the package back. I’m done ordering from Macys.

There is a credit card fraud with Macys… There is a credit card fraud with Macys since last September. Macys customer service don’t do their job. And my fraud claim has been declined however I submitted all required evidence to proof that I didn’t do this transaction. I’m filling a claim against Macys and I’m going to Staten Island Advance. There no creditably to Macys anymore. I don’t recommend anyone to open or use Macys credit card. Macys steals customers money. I will share my horrible experience with everyone I know and post it everywhere.

Poor packing. Online order arrived broken. If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered a set of dishes as a gift. When they arrived, the box of dishes was in another box over twice its size, cushioned with only two sheets of packing paper, and no fragile labels anywhere in sight. The inner box on dishes was coming apart at its seams, likely from how beaten up it must have gotten in transit. Unsurprisingly, some of the dishes were broken when I opened the inner box. I’m actually shocked that more of them were not broken. I think a 5 year old probably could have packed this more securely. Customer service is supposedly mailing a replacement and sending me a return level. I have zero confidence the replacement set will arrive in any better condition, and am frustrated I now have to repack and mail this set for a return. Buyer beware of poor packaging and wasteful practices at Macy’s online.

Ordering just 3 shirts has been a… Ordering just 3 shirts has been a nightmare. Ordered and never received an acknowledgment via email. So I called Customer Service, which was outsourced out of the US . Customer service said their computers are getting updated? But my order went through. They gave me a conformation # . And stated in 24 hrs I would recieve email reciept. 2 days nothing. Called customer service again. They said my order was canceled???😠 So I reordered same shirts , and have not received email confirmation??? This company will soon go out of Business due to being totally incompetent!!!!

I hadn't received a bill, got a message about how my account was now overdue. I was super pissed, but thanks to Ms. NYLL, everything has been resolved. THANK YOU SO MUCH MS. NYLL.
