Banned to shop at Macys.com I tried to place an order on Macys.com with an 3rd party gift card. Not only the transaction was cancelled but Macy's forever ban me to shop on Macys.com. I have been a customer for a long time and they told me its a business decision to ban me and no channel to protest. What a good way to do business.

Bad customer service. Order a few things from Macys and it was shipped from AZ. The store did not put my full address on the package it only had my P. O Box on there and not my street address so OnTrac would not deliver it. ( OnTrac is another problem all by itself) OnTrac said Macy needs to update the address and Macys said I need to do that. I spoke with 3 customer service representatives and no one would help me and I couldn’t understand them. I asked to speak to a manager and they just kept me on hold then was hung up on. So frustrating I just told OnTrac to send the package back. I’m done ordering from Macys.

My package was robbed Hello! My package was robbed. I ordered a jewelry from Macy’s and the package was delivered by UPS. I received the package ripped off in the middle and put back together with a tape. The inside of the jewelry box was also ripped off and taken together with the jewelry, leaving a big hole on a side. Now Macy’s refuses to make a refund or replace the item. And I cannot place a claim on the UPS webpage, because the claim is blocked by the store. I really want the company to know and investigate the case, because someone in the delivery chain is stealing. The person who took the item knew what was inside. And that raises big questions regarding the protection and security measures taken by the company. And now I’m left with no jewelry and no money.

Order canceled due to needing to verify… Order canceled due to needing to verify information and because it was over $499..I verified everything & I still couldn’t place the order even after calling the customer/consumer protection number because the order was over $499.00. They were going to transfer me a 3rd time to the jewelry department, I finally gave up & told them I would go into the store. Macys is a joke and this why I don’t shop at Macys…. Never again. And my refund better be processed as soon as possible. They didn’t have a problem taking the money there shouldn’t be a problem taking the hold off of my card…

Definitely don't buy the DUKAP Crypto 32" Lightweight Hard side Spinner Luggage I purchased the DUKAP Crypto 32" Lightweight Hard side Spinner Luggage from Macy and on my very first trip on an airline the luggage zippers broke, stitching came a loose, lining tore, and the shell (HARD SHELL) was cracked and damaged. I contacted Macy and was told that they can not provide me a refund because the refund period expired (5 days ago). I was 5 days past the refund period! I contacted the company and they said to me "that the damage falls outside the coverage of our Limited Manufacturer's Warranty. These damages are typically attributed to normal wear and tear or mishandling, which are not covered for replacement. Please note that zippers and stitching may encounter various issues during use due to their intricate design and constant movement." I will no longer shop at Macy's and will cutup my credit card. My recommendation to those that read this review is to not shop at Macy's because they no longer stand behind the garbage products they sell on Macy.com and definitely don't buy the DUKAP Crypto 32" Lightweight Hard side Spinner Luggage
