GBHave had the wireless pro for less than… Have had the wireless pro for less than 1 month, the unit now turns off by itself for no reason, contacted customer service the lady was extremely rude and kept cutting me off and thinking she was correct until she realized the unit was actually messed up. Now I have to print and package my return to send them the unit back for them to try and fix it .. if not replace it .. who the hell knows when I’ll get this thing back and my fragrance order has been lost for 8+ days now with no response from them

GBI purchased two Diffusers that stopped… I purchased two Diffusers that stopped working with 3 months. I kept receiving the Refils which I paid for - Total $1095.00 for about a year. I want to cancel my contract (3 yrs) so I asked for a cancellation which was denied (very rudely). I even offer to return both Diffuser along with all the Refills that were never used but their customer service personnel are extremely rude and non cooperative.

GBI wish I would’ve done my search on… I wish I would’ve done my search on Aroma360 before purchasing. It has got to be the worse product ever and the customer service is complete crap. With less than two months of purchases, it completely stopped working and made a loud obnoxious sound. I emailed and called and they told me how to clean it and whether I did that and it still wouldn’t work. I called back again they told me to do the same thing. I went back and forth with them and they didn’t even tell me it was the motor. A year later I spoke to another person she then told me it was the motor and because it was over 90 days they can’t do anything but give me a discount on another defuser oh and the one I had was discontinued. She was so rude had the worse attitude. I was being extremely nice and understanding but omg. Save your money don’t get the Aroma360.

GBGreat concept but poorly executed Great concept but poorly executed. The Van Gogh model is tedious to operate with an unnecessarily complex interface for set up and adjustments. Most significantly though is that the oil provided does not come close to lasting a month, as advertised. The only way to stretch it is to trim down the settings to where the diffuser is barely effective. Or of course, buy more oil, which is likely the point in the first place.

GBThe worst customer service The worst customer service. Their subscription plans and programs are a scam. Signed up and agree to pay over time. Had issues with one of my diffuser and decided to upgrade it. They said the price would go up and I understood but they still charge me the old amount too so I am paying twice. I call and email and cant get a human on the phone. The most frustrating experience! Save your money there are other companies online to use that will actually respond to you.
