GBDamage and after change 2 times same… Damage and after change 2 times same issue!! Customer service sucks they just want more money and never replace!! Never buy and pls you guys don’t buy and waste your money!! There is lots of other product who way better then this crap

GBThe worst customer service The worst customer service. Their subscription plans and programs are a scam. Signed up and agree to pay over time. Had issues with one of my diffuser and decided to upgrade it. They said the price would go up and I understood but they still charge me the old amount too so I am paying twice. I call and email and cant get a human on the phone. The most frustrating experience! Save your money there are other companies online to use that will actually respond to you.

GBThis company is terrible This company is terrible. They will coerce you into buying things, with all the promises in the world, but the second you have an issue they will leave you high and dry. Once they have your money, their customer service is terrible. I filed a complaint through the BBB and, rather than response, this Company just ceased all communications and left the issue unresolved.

GBI purchased two Diffusers that stopped… I purchased two Diffusers that stopped working with 3 months. I kept receiving the Refils which I paid for - Total $1095.00 for about a year. I want to cancel my contract (3 yrs) so I asked for a cancellation which was denied (very rudely). I even offer to return both Diffuser along with all the Refills that were never used but their customer service personnel are extremely rude and non cooperative.

GBIf I could give this company a 0 If I could give this company a 0, I would. I was called to sign up for a quarterly shipment that's billed monthly. With that is a "free" Medium sized diffuser. I was told that I had 14 days from delivery date to cancel. I tried to cancel on day 10. Customer service took thier sweet time getting back to me and by the time they did it was day 15. Imagine that. I've been stuck with this crappy service for over a year now and still have not found a scent that I like even a little.
