GBLoved it at first Loved it at first. Then stopped working. Made me jump through different hoops including sending a video of it not working and going through trouble shooting. After this, they sent me a charger (which I know is not the issue), but I agreed to try it. Then they sent the wrong charger it doesn’t even fit! Now they want me to go back from square one and send more photos! For how expensive these things are this is ridiculous! I understand people lie to probably get another item- but I would be happy to send this one back before getting a replacement! This is just absolutely insane!

GBI would give this company 0 stars I would give this company 0 stars if possible. My product stopped working. When I reached out to customer service, they did not attempt to help me fix or replace anything, instead offered me a “deal” on a new product.

GBI purchased the Aroma 360 in July 2023 I purchased the Aroma 360 in July 2023. The diffuser did not work great initially but began to work ok. Fast forward it's completely broken now. I called customer service and they informed me that they do not offer repair and my warrenty had expired. I was given a 90 day warranty. Well they only could offer me another machine for 100.00 bucks . Don't bother to make this purchase with this company they are full of it and overpriced.

GBDefective I have had my differ for less then a year and it started to make a terrible noise and and the scent is not coming out any longer!!! I emailed them and they refuse to send a replacement that there is nothing they can’t do!!! I seen other reviews that say the same about the noise. Aroma360 you need to do better!!! As much as you charge for this diffusers and product this should not be defective!!! I would reconsider in buying this product

GBThis company is terrible This company is terrible. They will coerce you into buying things, with all the promises in the world, but the second you have an issue they will leave you high and dry. Once they have your money, their customer service is terrible. I filed a complaint through the BBB and, rather than response, this Company just ceased all communications and left the issue unresolved.
