The worst customer service The worst customer service. Their subscription plans and programs are a scam. Signed up and agree to pay over time. Had issues with one of my diffuser and decided to upgrade it. They said the price would go up and I understood but they still charge me the old amount too so I am paying twice. I call and email and cant get a human on the phone. The most frustrating experience! Save your money there are other companies online to use that will actually respond to you.

COMPLETE SCAM COMPLETE SCAM ! I signed up for the free wireless diffuser with the three month subscription was great for the 2 weeks that it worked ! Now I have to wait for a label to send back the product that is new and won’t turn on , then wait for the process of repair and for it to be sent back . ITS A BRAND NEW PRODUCT there’s no option to just receive a new one and they can keep the non functioning one .

I would give this company 0 stars I would give this company 0 stars if possible. My product stopped working. When I reached out to customer service, they did not attempt to help me fix or replace anything, instead offered me a “deal” on a new product.

Have had the wireless pro for less than… Have had the wireless pro for less than 1 month, the unit now turns off by itself for no reason, contacted customer service the lady was extremely rude and kept cutting me off and thinking she was correct until she realized the unit was actually messed up. Now I have to print and package my return to send them the unit back for them to try and fix it .. if not replace it .. who the hell knows when I’ll get this thing back and my fragrance order has been lost for 8+ days now with no response from them

This company is terrible This company is terrible. They will coerce you into buying things, with all the promises in the world, but the second you have an issue they will leave you high and dry. Once they have your money, their customer service is terrible. I filed a complaint through the BBB and, rather than response, this Company just ceased all communications and left the issue unresolved.
