Damage and after change 2 times same… Damage and after change 2 times same issue!! Customer service sucks they just want more money and never replace!! Never buy and pls you guys don’t buy and waste your money!! There is lots of other product who way better then this crap

I purchased the Aroma 360 in July 2023 I purchased the Aroma 360 in July 2023. The diffuser did not work great initially but began to work ok. Fast forward it's completely broken now. I called customer service and they informed me that they do not offer repair and my warrenty had expired. I was given a 90 day warranty. Well they only could offer me another machine for 100.00 bucks . Don't bother to make this purchase with this company they are full of it and overpriced.

It is a bad product I bought… It is a bad product I bought vangogh360 and I can't control it just because they offer also an app to control it . I had been waiting for them to fix the app 7 months and still not working soo sad. I call today Friday April 5 /2024

COMPLETE SCAM COMPLETE SCAM ! I signed up for the free wireless diffuser with the three month subscription was great for the 2 weeks that it worked ! Now I have to wait for a label to send back the product that is new and won’t turn on , then wait for the process of repair and for it to be sent back . ITS A BRAND NEW PRODUCT there’s no option to just receive a new one and they can keep the non functioning one .

SCAM! I actually received the AROMA360 as a gift. I experience major problems with it from the very beginning, it worked sporadically. The unit was fully charged, and with the new battery in the remote it only worked on occasion. Finally it stopped working completely. This was only three weeks later. Does not work manually or with the remote. Please do not waste your time and money. Those that are endorsing this product should truly be ashamed of themselves, but we all know money has no shame. DON'T DO IT!
