GBFavorite scents never available We have used Aroma360 in our home for the past 4 years (installed through our HVAC system). The reason I give them two stars is that they are constantly changing the scents that are available. We buy several scents at a time, end up loving 2-3 of them only to find that when we go to re-order they are no longer available! I could understand if this happened occasionally because a scent wasn't popular/was discontinued. This, however, has been going on for 4 years!! I'm sure there has to be a more consistent home scenting company out there....

GBLoved it at first Loved it at first. Then stopped working. Made me jump through different hoops including sending a video of it not working and going through trouble shooting. After this, they sent me a charger (which I know is not the issue), but I agreed to try it. Then they sent the wrong charger it doesn’t even fit! Now they want me to go back from square one and send more photos! For how expensive these things are this is ridiculous! I understand people lie to probably get another item- but I would be happy to send this one back before getting a replacement! This is just absolutely insane!

GBCOMPLETE SCAM COMPLETE SCAM ! I signed up for the free wireless diffuser with the three month subscription was great for the 2 weeks that it worked ! Now I have to wait for a label to send back the product that is new and won’t turn on , then wait for the process of repair and for it to be sent back . ITS A BRAND NEW PRODUCT there’s no option to just receive a new one and they can keep the non functioning one .

GBIt is a bad product I bought… It is a bad product I bought vangogh360 and I can't control it just because they offer also an app to control it . I had been waiting for them to fix the app 7 months and still not working soo sad. I call today Friday April 5 /2024

GBI would give this company 0 stars I would give this company 0 stars if possible. My product stopped working. When I reached out to customer service, they did not attempt to help me fix or replace anything, instead offered me a “deal” on a new product.
