Hum3D is without any doubt my go-to… Hum3D is without a doubt our go-to source for 3D models. - Always accurate without any "custom" modifications (unless mentioned in the model description). Very important since our clients are not interested in unexpected surprises in their renders. Should also mention that Hum3D meshes are excellent and can be UV'd with zero problems. Lacking integrity I was unable to get the product or money back after my purchase. The email address was incorrect and Dima, who runs the site, provided me with a screenshot to show that the product had not been sent due to the incorrect address. With proof of payment from my side and proof of no delivery from the supplier side, I was unable to get the issue resolved. Unfortunately the business lacks integrity and I would advise against it.

Hum3D models are perfect I bought an Oldsmobile Aurora with an interior 3D model from them. It's perfectly accurate to the real model. Besides the Oldsmobile, I bought many other car models from them like Chery Tiggo3, Lexus UX and etc which all of them are awesome. I really like Hum3D, they have a top variety of unique cars, amazing weekly and Black Friday discounts.

I recently ordered from Hum3d for the… I recently ordered from Hum3d for the first time. I made a mess of my order and accidentally ordered twice - in addition my emails were down and I did not realise, so I did not receive any correspondence. Following this I came onto here and read some of the bad reviews about poor customer service, no refunds etc. I thought I needed to report back that support promptly refunded one of my orders and re-delivered the email containing my download links. Would not hesitate to use again.

They don't honour their money back… They don't honour their money back guarantee and will leave you hanging with expensive model that doesn't live up to the (false) advertisement. Internal measurements off by more than 30cm, missing & incorrect structures...BUT they claim the'd consider fixing it if you can provide the correct measurements to them... so go buy yourself an expensive 3d scanner for them to fix these is their solution...
