Excellent service on a custom build… Excellent service on a custom build interior. They were willing to make adjustments and fine tune the model to perfection. I see some reviews saying the price is high, but I feel we got good value given the time it takes to build such accurate and detailed models.

They don't honour their money back… They don't honour their money back guarantee and will leave you hanging with expensive model that doesn't live up to the (false) advertisement. Internal measurements off by more than 30cm, missing & incorrect structures...BUT they claim the'd consider fixing it if you can provide the correct measurements to them... so go buy yourself an expensive 3d scanner for them to fix these is their solution...

I recently ordered from Hum3d for the… I recently ordered from Hum3d for the first time. I made a mess of my order and accidentally ordered twice - in addition my emails were down and I did not realise, so I did not receive any correspondence. Following this I came onto here and read some of the bad reviews about poor customer service, no refunds etc. I thought I needed to report back that support promptly refunded one of my orders and re-delivered the email containing my download links. Would not hesitate to use again.

Model bought looks great however unlike… Model bought looks great however unlike other stock CAD model sites, this one charges you for various file formats! For a model that was initially advertised for about £15 (with 80% off) we ended up paying an additional £45 on top and still not getting the format we ideally wanted (.STEP) due to limited descriptions as to what file format you actually will receive… Would think twice before using again at the moment. Happy to increase score should a .STEP file be provided to me for my order as compensation for the poor user experience of the website. Ref #9180635158

I bought model from them for a video … I bought model from them for a video demo to my product (3d-models/opel-calibra-1990) , they had a crappy version- model was absolutely wrong in the back of the car - absolutely useless to accommodate the parametric OEM Item to fit on their model. I emailed them, sent message via Facebook, no reply within 2 weeks. Crappy models for lot of money. Avoid them as much as possible ! PS: Their website rating is faked because they do not let you to give rating directly- they clean the bad reviews .
