GBA rip off company A rip off company. Opened a new printer cartridge I purchased from this joint and it was a used mostly empty cartridge that had been re-packed in a new box and would not even be recognized by my printer. They have 0% quality control. When I tried to call I can't get through to anyone and their link to send an e-mail is broken. What a company of clowns. Embarrassing.

GBProduct took over a month to deliver… Product took over a month to deliver and it arrived in a plastic bag. All the boxes inside were crushed. Customer service never picks up and never returns messages.

GBLD Products the only company to use. I have been doing business LD products for 6 years now and have experienced great customer service. I can only remember two returns for exchange I have done and both were done without any problem. The company really stands behind their product line 100% and customers are put first. Most recently (Sept. 2 2020) I had an update installed on my Epson printer after the update my printer did not recognize the aftermarket ink cartridges. I called LD products for help and help they did by sending all my replacement cartridges with new chip for the updates from Epson and at no charge. This and the customer service in the pass really shows me they want to keep all their customers. I would give this company and try and I am sure you will become a long term customer. Once again this is a great company.

GBHorrible (non-existent?) customer support! About 4 years ago, I purchased a 4-pack of LD Products ink jet cartridges (black plus 3 colors). I had used their products before and was happy with the cartridges and the price. One by one, as the current cartridges in my HP 8615 ran to empty, I replaced them with the waiting LD cartridge. Everything worked great until it was time for the final one which happened to be the black. Initially in kind of worked with a bit of print missing on the edges. Within about 6 pages, the missing part became the entire page. I thought well, they probably won't do anything for me since it's been 4 years, but I went to the website to find out. And what do I see at the top of the page but " Lifetime 100% Satisfaction Guarantee." It turns out, the phone number at the top of the page is worthless. You get into an IVR that says press 2 for new orders and 3 for all else. Press either one, it makes no difference. You get a message that you can request a call back. They never do. If you hold long enough, they force you to record a voice mail. They don't return that either. I wrote one e-mail and got a fairly quick response that the shelf life was only 18 - 24 months. I wrote back and said what about the Lifetime 100% Satisfaction Guarantee? A week+ later I still have no response. I still feel they generally sell a pretty good product for a very attractive price, but if you are not going to honor a satisfaction guarantee, why bother putting that on your site. And if you're not going to answer the phone, why have the number on your site. Absolutely horrible customer service.
