HORRIBLY UNRELIABLE AND UNACCOUNTABLE Used them years ago and they were wonderful. Ordered a service few months ago and after four days nothing was delivered. Excuses and they promised me a refund. Two months later: New order, paid additional $30 for 24hr turn around After over 48hrs we have not received anything. Their phone number for support is out of service No reply to two emails 12 hrs apart. Why are you not allowed to give ZERO stars? Update: March 6, 2018: Almost a week after request for refund. Pinnacle logo SUSAN has ignored request. Opened Paypal case. IF YOU MUST do business with these fraud company use PAYPAL I hope they will force my money back.

Dealing with Pinnacle Logo has been a far better experience than with other, better known logo design outfits - including that one with the contests. I will definitely be using Pinnacle again - both for new designs...and to fix logos I got from those other guys.

Resopnsive and daily communication on logo design Susan at Pinnacle was very responsive to daily design and idea requests. What could make the process more stream lined is being able to talk to your designer about your companies vision. It's difficult even for the an expert communicator to paint this picture in email form.

Awesome. Just a described on site! Cheapest, best logo designers we found! Pinnacle is one of the best and cheapest logo designers on the web. Other guys want upwards of $300 for logo creation. Why pay that when Pinnacle does just as good of job for a fraction of that cost? I am not a paid reviewer. Pinnacle did a logo for an up-and-coming company of mine and I already put in another order for another logo for a different company of mine. It doesn't get any better than this folks! Customer service is spot on, extremely responsive, and talented. You can sure spend more money on logo creation, but Pinnacle is as good as it gets at a fraction of the cost!
