First time customer Pinnacle Logo provided great service. We were sent 6 logo samples the following day. Half of them were quality logos so it was hard to decide, however, we finally selected one. Our logo is everything we asked for -elegant and simple! I would absolutely use their services again!

I am so disappointed with this company I am so disappointed with this company. We had them design our company logo back in 2013, and they did and amazing job! I have called and left several several messages and sent several emails for them to have them design another line art logo that we could use on promotional items, and haven't received any communication back from them. I started trying to contact them at the beginning of August. It is now October 10th, and I still haven't had any response from them at all. We need to order promotional items for the holidays, and now I will have to go in search of another design company. I have called at least 10 times, and no one ever picks up the phone. After leaving this many messages and sending this many emails, I cannot recommend them to anyone. This sort of customer service is unacceptable.

Great design at a very fair price Though there are a lot of venues through which you can obtain your company logo, I would recommend that you have it done by Pinnacle Logo. I obtained my new logo through them exactly as promised. I directed Pinnacle through four different revisions of my logo and never met resistance from their design staff. Any suggestion I had for them was quickly implemented and I now have a logo I truly love. Great logos, painless process and a very fair price. Thanks Susan and Pinnacle Logo

HORRIBLY UNRELIABLE AND UNACCOUNTABLE Used them years ago and they were wonderful. Ordered a service few months ago and after four days nothing was delivered. Excuses and they promised me a refund. Two months later: New order, paid additional $30 for 24hr turn around After over 48hrs we have not received anything. Their phone number for support is out of service No reply to two emails 12 hrs apart. Why are you not allowed to give ZERO stars? Update: March 6, 2018: Almost a week after request for refund. Pinnacle logo SUSAN has ignored request. Opened Paypal case. IF YOU MUST do business with these fraud company use PAYPAL I hope they will force my money back.

Terrific logo and great service. I was very impressed with Pinnacle Logo. They submitted six designs for consideration, several of them would have been fine but one was outstanding. I needed a couple of small revisions which they took care of promptly. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.
