Great design at a very fair price Though there are a lot of venues through which you can obtain your company logo, I would recommend that you have it done by Pinnacle Logo. I obtained my new logo through them exactly as promised. I directed Pinnacle through four different revisions of my logo and never met resistance from their design staff. I am so disappointed with this company I am so disappointed with this company. We had them design our company logo back in 2013, and they did and amazing job! I have called and left several several messages and sent several emails for them to have them design another line art logo that we could use on promotional items, and haven't received any communication back from them. I started trying to contact them at the beginning of August. It is now October 10th, and I still haven't had any response from them at all. We need to order promotional items for the holidays, and now I will have to go in search of another design company. I have called at least 10 times, and no one ever picks up the phone. After leaving this many messages and sending this many emails, I cannot recommend them to anyone. This sort of customer service is unacceptable.
