Review before you use 4inkjets charged my credit card 10 days ago and still no shipping status. Called them many times but could not get through. Seems to be a very common concern. I wish I read their reviews before I used them. Don't recommend using this "company."???

This company is a fraud This company is a fraud. Processed my credit card immediately and then backordered the product for 2 months. When they did send the product it had a bad use by date.

Non-existent company with non-existent products. Need 0 stars to properly review this operation. The term "ghost company" used in another review is an unintended compliment, since I question whether this company even exists in reality. The website makes it look like an operational entity, but don't be fooled. You place your order & they bill your credit card "immediately", but that is the last you will hear from them. We ordered 5 weeks ago & have heard nothing since. No product. No shipping notice. ZERO response to NUMEROUS emails, & incoming phone calls are NEVER - EVER - answered. Save yourself the aggravation & purchase elsewhere, becuase you will also end up having to contact your credit card company to dispute the charge for non-existent products.

Unprofessional, amateurish business that misrepresents their capacity Ordered an paid immediately for product listed "In Stock"; 6 days later order still"processing". Left numerous emails requesting info, and 2 telephone messages, NO response. Finally spoke w/rep who said"Problem w/ cartridges, will be at least additional 2 weeks to ship. I cancelled order, and was told it would take 9 days for refund.

Unreachable Can’t get ahold of the company either by email or phone to check on order. Very frustrating; highly recommend not dealing with them
