When I had not received I emailed them and they replied an apology for the back-order and would ship as soon as they receive more product. 90 days in, still no receipt and no status update. Anorher email about my order was ignored. Their website shows all iems I ordered are in stock. This company is scamming people.

I have tried to call for days and no one answers and no one calls you back. I have sent emails no response.

A Scam?? The Worst/Non-Existent Customer Service Ever!! I placed an order on 1/23/24. I received a confirmation email the same day with my order number. Since then, I have received nothing. No follow up emails. No shipment confirmation email. No order. The confirmation email says that there will be an email sent when the order is shipped and that it will have a tracking number. But to date, nothing. Calls to their 800 number go unanswered. Even if you wait for someone to pick up, they do not, and eventually you are forced to leave a voicemail or just hang up. Sending an email is no better. I sent several emails, and have not received a response. Not even from a bot. This makes me wonder if anyone is even there. But they sure made sure to charge my card for payment. I guess a complaint to the California Attorney General's Consumer Fraud Division may be next, unless I get a direct response, and not a suggestion to contact them. It is their turn to contact me.

Always a Loyal Customer I have moved and failed to update my address with 4Inkjets as I do not use them every month (their cartridges last longer than the manufacturer's). When I received the confirmation I realized my mistake. Though their 800# customer service kept me in a music loop the left me an option to leave a VM. I was quickly addressed, charge removed from my CC and a reorder. Although my husband used another company ONCE I realized the difference in product quality & I would not consider using any other company for ink cartridges.

This is honestly a scam This is honestly a scam. Took weeks to ship. Then I cancelled order. Several days later they shipped product and asked me to notify them upon receipt. I immediately told them not to ship. Now they are telling me no prepaid return labels. This is a scam and should be reported to BBB.
