I order Ink from this company and never… I order Ink from this company and never received it. Total scam!!!! do not order from this company!! It's not a company just something that takes your money. I have tried to call for days and no one answers and no one calls you back. I have sent emails no response.

Non-existent company with non-existent products. Need 0 stars to properly review this operation. The term "ghost company" used in another review is an unintended compliment, since I question whether this company even exists in reality. The website makes it look like an operational entity, but don't be fooled. You place your order & they bill your credit card "immediately", but that is the last you will hear from them. We ordered 5 weeks ago & have heard nothing since. No product. No shipping notice. ZERO response to NUMEROUS emails, & incoming phone calls are NEVER - EVER - answered. Save yourself the aggravation & purchase elsewhere, becuase you will also end up having to contact your credit card company to dispute the charge for non-existent products.

This company is a fraud This company is a fraud. Processed my credit card immediately and then backordered the product for 2 months. When they did send the product it had a bad use by date.

Don't buy from this company they WILL… Don't buy from this company they WILL steal you money they where very good in the past but now if you order they keep the money and will NOT send you your order. This is happen with every body that buys from them. It all up to you. I keep calling and sending email to them and they don't care. they got your money.

Is it worth the risk? You be the judge. I found 4inkjets through a list of websites that sell remanufactured ink cartridges. 4inkjets scored highly and offered a 10% coupon on top of their already low prices, so I decided to place an order. At the time, the 4inkjets website had a disclaimer about delayed shipping and handling times. Unfortunately, I did not receive any updates about my order after the estimated number of business days. When I visited the website a second time, the disclaimer was gone. The lack of communication made me question the legitimacy of the website. I looked up reviews of 4inkjets on sites like trustpilot and was discouraged by the reviews. Before going through with a chargeback, I decided to contact customer service through their form. It took them a while to respond to my emails, but I did eventually receive my ink. For your reference, I placed my order on March 11th, and the ink arrived on April 3rd. I was able to install the cartridges and print some test pages without any problems. I can't see myself giving 4inkjets five stars due to the lack of communication, but I will consider adding another star should the ink cartridges prove to be of good quality well beyond the first day of use. Their promotions can save you more than $10 per cartridge if you do not mind contacting customer service yourself for an update and are in no rush to receive your products. Personally, I don't know whether I am willing to take the risk again. (I received the cartridges in an LD Products mailer. LD Products and 4inkjets appear to be sister sites, and the latter has better reviews albeit still not stellar.)
