This is a scam. I paid $99 for the "service." I have… I paid $99 for the "service." I have never heard from a real person. I get marketing emails marketing more services. So I go to cancel my subscription (no idea what is being subscribed to at this point). That appears to be successful. Check my bank account, they immediately charged me $200. Again, I have never heard from anyone. Complete scam.

Lock you into subscription They advertise trademark filing at $99 - they don't say it commits you to a 6 month subscription at $99 per month. Total scam. All communication is convoluted and nonsensical to try to spin you in circles and spend even more money.

At some point someone tried to take something extra from me by bringing some superficial problem on the table, but once i told them how to handle it, they backed down and everything was smooth again. In short, good team that get the job done.
