Be patient - this is a long process but Trademarkia will get it done for you! Looking back on the 2-year journey, one part of the process that could have been easier would be the photography approval process. There seemed to be something wrong with every photo we submitted which made the process so much longer than it needed to be but they are the experts so trust is key! They got it done - maybe not with the TM we were looking for but we are registered and feel good about that. Everyone was great! Follow up was amazing! Couldn't have done it without them! SCAMMING CUSTOMERS I placed the order on saturday and on tuesday I wrote them to cancel the order (within the time period the established on they policy) the attorney John Michel Miller send me an email and for a simple mail they wanted to charge me all monthly price FOR A MAIL 99$ for a piece of email. avoid to working with these people, they are scammers and not serious at all. i reported them to the FTC
