If you want your trademark messed up, filed wrong, and costing extra, use Trademarkia. Would not recommend. I wouldn’t recommend using Trademarkia. I hired them twice for two different marks and both times the lawyer filed them wrong, only to be “fixed” by paying more. My second one went through smoothly after that but with my first one, the lawyer made SO many mistakes that I ended up hiring a real trademark lawyer and transferring it over to them. Do yourself a favor and hire a trademark attorney from the start and don’t use Trademarkia.

STAY AWAY STAY AWAY! They do not give refunds unlike their refund policy states and by the time you realize you have signed up for a scam it will be too late to get a refund from these guys. We asked for a refund even before meeting with an attorney and our requests were simply ignored. Any time you bring up the word refund they simply do not respond. Be careful what you sign up for. The cheap package is not as cheap as it sounds. There are hidden fees like $99 per class monitoring fees that are charged quarterly for two quarters that you have no choice but to pay for. Once you realize that is way more that you anticipated to spend it will be too late to get the refund and of course you will receive no assistance with that.

Highly Unprofessional Highly unethical and questionable in practice. They will waste your time and cause as much inconvenience as possible without any reason. Avoid. I’m making a formal complaint to the BAR. They have come out with nonsense excuses. The truth is they take your money and lie about timeframes. They use false names to trade. They make up lies about upselling patents for non existent patent possibilities. The law firm is effectively a concoction of attorneys who don’t play by the rules. Avoid them at all costs. They are unprofessional or certainly Reine Rooney is. She’s practicing under a different name than the one she’s registered with the BAR.
