Great experience I’ve been a part of a few good studies that were interesting and engaging. I’m also always paid usually within the week. Only one time I had an issue with payment and they ended up resolving it for me, even though it took a month afterwards. Only thing that I don’t like is that they changed their gift card payout and some of them that I used to use are no longer available but otherwise it’s been a great experience!

A totally legit experience A totally legit experience. I've been doing studies with User Interviews for a couple years now. The work is interesting, and the incentive is paid timely. Just be honest with them when you fill out an assessment while applying for a study. The more you do this, the more you will build a reputation with them and then be picked for even more studies.

Great Experience with User Interviews I did a couple of focus group studies with User Interviews and both experiences has been enriching and amazing. You get to pick your incentive payouts from virtual to physical visa cards as well as many other named company gift cards. There are numerous focus studies to pick from, and I never had to wait more than a week to get paid. I'm definitely looking forward to do my next focus study with User Interviews!

Great Communication Throughout Entire Review Process The review process was well communicated. The product is working quite well, even better than expected. I did not realize the volume of water pumped on a daily basis. This will help with a future project I have planned for outdoor drainage of the sump pump. Overall, the experience was a good one, and easy to follow. Glad I could be part of the review process.

Great Opportunities, need more I like the opportunities that I get, but the problem is I apply for so many that I never qualify for. I also wish there was a way to skip the redundant questions that get asked such as age, gender, race ect. and these could just be automatically extracted from my profile. Overall I am thankful I found this site for me and my wife as it is wonderful when we get to participate in studies, I just wish I would be accepted for more of them.
