Researchers/interviewers are very polite and nice Cons 1. Studies matching your profile mostly appear in the referrals, instead of coming to My studies page. Have to constantly check in referrals page. 2. 10 $/10min interviews are fake. QTY of questions included in the screening interview appears to fulfill researcher needs. I have applied to more than 30 studies and never got approved for a 10min study. Started skipping these 10$ /10min ones completely.

Great experience I’ve been a part of a few good studies that were interesting and engaging. I’m also always paid usually within the week. Only one time I had an issue with payment and they ended up resolving it for me, even though it took a month afterwards. Only thing that I don’t like is that they changed their gift card payout and some of them that I used to use are no longer available but otherwise it’s been a great experience!

Fun to participate with User Interview It is so much fun to do research interviews through User Interviews! I have done several now. The administrators have been nice, respectful, communicated well, and timely. I have enjoyed sharing my opinion as I learn about their product or website. The best part is I have been able to earn significant money.
