Great Communication Throughout Entire Review Process The review process was well communicated. The product is working quite well, even better than expected. I did not realize the volume of water pumped on a daily basis. This will help with a future project I have planned for outdoor drainage of the sump pump. Overall, the experience was a good one, and easy to follow. Glad I could be part of the review process.

With inflation today any little money help and User Interiews pays good money. I have never had any issues.

Fun to participate with User Interview It is so much fun to do research interviews through User Interviews! I have done several now. The administrators have been nice, respectful, communicated well, and timely. I have enjoyed sharing my opinion as I learn about their product or website. The best online focus group format. User interviews is the modern equivalent of a focus group. Sometimes the questions seem repetitive (ie) what year were you born, and then right after how old are you. However it is one of the most professional interview sites available. The questions and groups are professional and everything is held in a straight forward manner. Very impressive.

A totally legit experience A totally legit experience. I've been doing studies with User Interviews for a couple years now. The work is interesting, and the incentive is paid timely. Just be honest with them when you fill out an assessment while applying for a study. The more you do this, the more you will build a reputation with them and then be picked for even more studies.
