Researchers/interviewers are very polite and nice Cons 1. Studies matching your profile mostly appear in the referrals, instead of coming to My studies page. Have to constantly check in referrals page. 2. 10 $/10min interviews are fake. QTY of questions included in the screening interview appears to fulfill researcher needs. I have applied to more than 30 studies and never got approved for a 10min study. Started skipping these 10$ /10min ones completely.

Great Communication Throughout Entire Review Process The review process was well communicated. The product is working quite well, even better than expected. I did not realize the volume of water pumped on a daily basis. This will help with a future project I have planned for outdoor drainage of the sump pump. Overall, the experience was a good one, and easy to follow. Glad I could be part of the review process.

Great Experience with User Interviews I did a couple of focus group studies with User Interviews and both experiences has been enriching and amazing. You get to pick your incentive payouts from virtual to physical visa cards as well as many other named company gift cards. There are numerous focus studies to pick from, and I never had to wait more than a week to get paid. I'm definitely looking forward to do my next focus study with User Interviews!
