I was shocked by the unprofessional… I was shocked by the unprofessional treatment afforded me by the dealer. I found it unsettling that they were aproved by the AA. I feel endangered that they know me an feel at risk of harm. The AA have intervened and although out of pocket and still at risk have helped me to obtain a degree of relief. I am optimistic that the AA will investigate and hopefully the dealer will not subject anyone else to this kind of abuse.

Very pleased with the AA mediation service and with the mediator Verity Lowe. Somehow, I got a car that had some mayor failures and at the beginning I could not get any agreement with the dealer to get my money back. But thanks to the AA mediation service and to Verity Lowe that was a great mediator I could recover my money. In conclusion, it was a great idea to get an AA aproved garage car because even if for any reasons you have problems with the car that you buy, the AA helps.
