Incredible Customer Service & Happy Employees! My company has been using Blinkswag for a few years now and I couldn't be happier with them! Our employees get great swag for New Hire gifts, Anniversaries, new baby onesies, and event swag! Any hiccups, which rarely happen, are swiftly and easily taken care of. Always a great experience and there is always a friendly person on the other side of the phone/email.

Mostly every sample has had to be… Mostly every sample has had to be reprinted. The quality has not been great. Wait times have been tremendously long for turnover and getting an account set up. Invoices are being charged twice to credit card after being paid. Shipments are being sent with incorrect items. Customer service has been quick to answer and helpful when issues arise.

A hat a simple golf hat with my companies logo on it and its taking a month for me to receive and almost everyday I get a general unspecific e-mail that is inaccurate. Please get your act together it's 2024 already. All the tools are available. Where is my hat?

Their Hard Work Paid Off For Me I just started with my company and have a convention coming up in the next few days.
