CATech Issue, then Good! At first the coupon wasn’t working until I logged in and I wasn’t able to complete my order on the laptop, had to use my phone. Otherwise easy to use and shipped very quickly!

GBthe blink swag website is terrible… the blink swag website is terrible constantly crashes and loses everything you've added to cart not at all user friendly and needs major improvement. customer service is terrible unless I go through our rep with motto. overall my experience with blink swag has been abysmal. hoping for improvement in the future

CAGood product, dodgy emails The product was great and came fairly quickly. The one thing I didn't like is that through the process I got a total of 9 emails with shipping updates, which was excessive, and they almost looked like spam. They came from another name (Team Zoho) so it wasn't connected to Blinkswag or our company (it was team swag) - not a great brand experience.

GBAt first I thought I was going to have… At first I thought I was going to have a problem. I received that wrong item. It wasn’t even usable. It had a logo on it that didn’t make sense. I was contacted by someone and to my surprise, I received the new item by Christmas and was refunded. Excellent customer service.

GBIncredible Customer Service & Happy Employees! My company has been using Blinkswag for a few years now and I couldn't be happier with them! Our employees get great swag for New Hire gifts, Anniversaries, new baby onesies, and event swag! Any hiccups, which rarely happen, are swiftly and easily taken care of. Always a great experience and there is always a friendly person on the other side of the phone/email.
