Great experience! Great experience! Blinkswag kept me up to date with tracking updates every step of the way after I completed the order, from origin to destination. Products were also as pictured, and good quality

At first I thought I was going to have… At first I thought I was going to have a problem. I received that wrong item. It wasn’t even usable. It had a logo on it that didn’t make sense. I was contacted by someone and to my surprise, I received the new item by Christmas and was refunded. Excellent customer service.

Good product, dodgy emails The product was great and came fairly quickly. The one thing I didn't like is that through the process I got a total of 9 emails with shipping updates, which was excessive, and they almost looked like spam. They came from another name (Team Zoho) so it wasn't connected to Blinkswag or our company (it was team swag) - not a great brand experience.

The package arrived in time The package arrived in time; in fact, I was not expecting it on the date of delivery. The SWAG team followed up with me to ensure I shared correct shipping address. One thing that can be improved is always alert the customer of their shipment. In my case I was not informed the package was shipped.
