With a helpful tutorial With a helpful tutorial, EMMA is easy to use and set up a template. It maintains most of the design even in lower versions of Outlook, which our system must use for security. The response time for any issues very quick and things are resolved in a timely manner. The running question/answer board also provide good insight when facing an issue.

Beware of auto renewal! Beware of auto renewal with little notice. I work for a non profit and we had a 1-year contract with Emma. We were sent an email on Dec 18 notifying us that the contract would renew for one year on Jan 31st. What we didn't notice at that time was at the very bottom of the email it stated that if we didn't want to renew, we had to inform them in writing by Jan 1st - which is less than 2 weeks notice over the busy holidays! When we tried to cancel in January - before the 31st - we were told it is impossible as the contract already renewed since we didn't give 30 days notice in writing. So we have another mandatory year with no option to cancel. They do not allow users to go month-to-month, only annually. This doesn't even seem legal! I would avoid this company. Also the editor is quirky and inflexible and not as nice to work with as others.
