Nobody's perfect but they are pretty close! Nobody's perfect but they try their best to be exactly that. I've been doing business with Amsterdam Printing for over 30 years. Loyalty says volumes about the product and the service so they must be doing something. After having a negative experience two years in a row I was somewhat discouraged while waiting for a replacement order. "C" provided the most extraordinary customer service and quality control feed back that any company could possible give. My orders are not that large, less than $1,000.00 but I order every year twice a year. The last phone call I received inspired me to keep ordering and boost their rating from me up to a 6 star in a 5 star world. Service is everything even if you have an awesome product. Amsterdam is certainly moving with speed to excellence.

Great service… The graphics department worked with me to get the imprint like I wanted it. The imprint area is smaller than expected but the pens look great and write well.
