Loyalty says volumes about the product and the service so they must be doing something. After having a negative experience two years in a row I was somewhat discouraged while waiting for a replacement order. "C" provided the most extraordinary customer service and quality control feed back that any company could possible give. My orders are not that large, less than $1,000.00 but I order every year twice a year. The last phone call I received inspired me to keep ordering and boost their rating from me up to a 6 star in a 5 star world. Service is everything even if you have an awesome product. Amsterdam is certainly moving with speed to excellence.

Happy with my order! I ordered 150 calendars and envelopes to go with them in order to send out as a marketing campaign for my business. I was impressed with the quality of what I got. They took the time to make sure that they understood what I wanted on the advertising section of the calendars, sent me a proof that same day and gave me an estimated timeline of completion that proved to be accurate. I would definitely do business with Amsterdam printing again in the future.

Their customer service and the quality… Their customer service and the quality of their products. I have bought mugs and pens and they are always willing to replace or credit back as soon as you let them know the issue you might be having. They replaced our 300 pens at no cost to us. we also got to keep the damaged ones. They recently credited us for some mugs that had issues. Just within no time of us sending the pictures. I recommend them to anyone who wants to do business with honest people.

She even followed up with me later to make sure I was happy. Amsterdam offers discount codes and rebates (if u use Rakuten Rebates, screenshot your purchase experience or even video tape your entire purchase because Rakuten rarely follows through on their cash back without hassle—> offer good rebates but rarely follow through…just fyi). Amsterdam Printing also offer discount codes and they may even call you to offer an even better deal if you double your order through them. Amsterdam Printing is doing things right. They make the entire experience from start to finish a positive experience.
