GBNobody's perfect but they are pretty close! Nobody's perfect but they try their best to be exactly that. I've been doing business with Amsterdam Printing for over 30 years. Loyalty says volumes about the product and the service so they must be doing something. After having a negative experience two years in a row I was somewhat discouraged while waiting for a replacement order. "C" provided the most extraordinary customer service and quality control feed back that any company could possible give. My orders are not that large, less than $1,000.00 but I order every year twice a year. The last phone call I received inspired me to keep ordering and boost their rating from me up to a 6 star in a 5 star world. Service is everything even if you have an awesome product. Amsterdam is certainly moving with speed to excellence.

GBPoor Products, Service and Lack of Transparency After more than 30 days of going back and forth with e-mails and telephone calls I finally get a manager who assures me that the matter will be corrected. The matter is an order of defective ink pens replaced by another box of defected ink pens that I of course paid for. I received yet another bill for REPLACEMENT pens that have not been shipped and are still sitting on the site as in production after 10 days. To add insult to injury I received an invoice with a dunning notification that the invoice is due in 10 days. Further noting that every 30 days the account is reported to TRW and D&B. So I am being billed for the replacement of a defective order that I have already paid for in addition to not receiving the order that was placed by management more than 10 days ago yet it has not been shipped has no tracking information and shows on the site as in production. IN PRODUCTION. The order was initially placed in October of 2022. These are gift that I pass out to my customers. They were trash. I e-mailed the manager or customer service manager to get the status of my order that shows as in production after 10 days and instead of a status I received an invoice. I have been doing business with Amsterdam since 1983 and this is the absolute worst service I've ever gotten. Even after trying to trouble shoot and communicate with customer service/mangaement I am sent an invoice for an order I never received!!! An invoice for a replacement order that I paid for even though it was defective. It's time to start shopping for a different company to do promotional products for my company and my network. It's clear that my little $400 and $500.00 orders that I place every year are not that important to Amsterdam Printing so we clearly need to shop elsewhere. I will follow-up and notify TRW and D&B if I see any negative reports since I've saved all of the e-mails and my billing from this company for at least the last five years. Don't believe it when someone gets on the phone and assures you that it's taken care of especially when they tell you they they will handle it personally yet each time you try to reach out you get a different person. Somebody is just rubbing soap on the glass window so you don't see the bull crap that is really going on. AMSTERDAM PRINTING HAS CHANGED and it's not a good thing! After over 30 years I am so through with them. I don't want a credit I want my money back.
