I have bought mugs and pens and they are always willing to replace or credit back as soon as you let them know the issue you might be having. They replaced our 300 pens at no cost to us. we also got to keep the damaged ones. They recently credited us for some mugs that had issues. Just within no time of us sending the pictures. I recommend them to anyone who wants to do business with honest people.

Loyalty says volumes about the product and the service so they must be doing something. After having a negative experience two years in a row I was somewhat discouraged while waiting for a replacement order. "C" provided the most extraordinary customer service and quality control feed back that any company could possible give. My orders are not that large, less than $1,000.00 but I order every year twice a year. The last phone call I received inspired me to keep ordering and boost their rating from me up to a 6 star in a 5 star world. Service is everything even if you have an awesome product. Amsterdam is certainly moving with speed to excellence.
