NLThey know what they are doing We had some issues with one of our e-mail-domains. Even with the Flex Plan Mailgun had quick repsonse times and in depth analysis of the problem. GBTerrible experience. Terrible experience. I went and signed up with their free trial, but had to put card details in. Their own onboarding emails to me went to my junk mail - pretty terrible email delivery considering they are an email sender!! This gave me no confidence in their platform, or that my own emails would be delivered. As such, I sent them an email cancelling - which I got an acknowledgment for. A month later - I get billed.... Avoid - they can't deliver emails, and they will bill you after you cancel.

GBThe support is really good! The support is really good, either by chat or email. Shared IP's, in my experience are often blacklisted, so that's why I give 4 stars. We switched to a static IP because of this.
