GBThis company plays games This company plays games - spent time and money having all setup to integrate with our CRM then we are told the account is frozen due to some business validation paperwork, which we did fill out but lost a week. Then a month goes by all good then we are told the same paperwork needs to be done again. We write back saying we did this its all in a ticket showing we did it, everything ok then told sorry account closed no further info, ticket closed, cant call anyone, etc. They took out money, we paid someone to set this up and this is how the company responds.

NLMailgun blocked mail relay access due to an unsafe issue but this was quickly resolved Mailgun blocked mail relay access because there was an unsafe situation. But they responded quickly via email, gave us the correct information to investigate the issue. We were able to explain what happened and the mail relay was re-enabled. I previously working with Sendgrid, had a similar issue and their support was super slow and not supportive at all. I ended up moving to Mailgun and I do not regret the move.

Their support is great when there is an issue they work with us to resolve it and move forward. With the current cyber security and spam landscape its important to have a deliverability partner that we can trust to keep our applications running.

NLNice and helpful support team Nice and helpful support team. Flex plan is also seems good for developers have projects on their baby steps. It would also be much nicer if emails did not usually go to junk, maybe this will change over time.
