They have locked down our sending ability They have locked down one of our domains, claiming leaked smtp credentials (we do not use smtp, so could not have leaked any creds - they provided no further details, nor any logs, nothing, and we have no unauthenticated mail sent via our domain either). There's no local Aussie phone number to call, support does not seem to respond on Australian business hours - so god knows when can we get it unlocked. Go somewhere else if you want reliability. This is an abysmal and un-acceptable way to deal with a paying customer of long years.

Helpful support When our login keys got compromised, Mailgun immediately blocked our account to prevent any damage. The support we got from Mailgun to solve the problem was very helpful and fast. Great job! Hans Meijs

Terrible experience. Terrible experience. I went and signed up with their free trial, but had to put card details in. Their own onboarding emails to me went to my junk mail - pretty terrible email delivery considering they are an email sender!! This gave me no confidence in their platform, or that my own emails would be delivered. As such, I sent them an email cancelling - which I got an acknowledgment for. A month later - I get billed.... Avoid - they can't deliver emails, and they will bill you after you cancel.

A responsible and professional business and caring support I have nothing but positive experience from Mailgun. I use them for my software gemma.app as the application email relay and I've had the most smooth experience with them from the start. Their support is concise and to the point and always resolved my case. Highly recommended.
