First time buyer! First time buyer!! I’m impressed! My order was set to be delivered yesterday and when I arrived home, no package was at my door step. I immidiatley emailed Glam Seamless and called the USPS carrier to report my package loss/stolen USPS opened a claim and under investigation to what happen. Glam Seamless responded to me this morning about my order not delivered and right away provided me instructions to report my claim. Kid you not with in an hour or so my claim was approved for a replacement. Let me tell you even though I have not tried out their product yet, of course it was stolen at my door step, their customer service and customer satisfaction is TOP TIER! I can not wait to get my replacement extensions !! Thank you again Glam Seamless !!

Nicole is amazing Although we did not solve my issue, I have no complaints on the customer service. Nicole was awesome and went above and beyond for me. I immediately dreaded contacting customer service in the beginning, but it felt so personal like all she wanted to do was help me. Nicole is awesome and deserves a raise!
