My ordinarry experinece with Glam… My ordinarry experinece with Glam Seamless was almost good. The stuff was quite nice, so moslty hapy about the purchase Then but ther was minimal qualitty issue. I understand it might be just unlucky case and I don't wanna to blame the company as awhole for it so I'll give them 3 stars. Maybe I'll give them an extra star next time :)) I havn't had too much contact with the custmer servise. Haven't even felt I need it.

Great customer service. Amanda was amazing. I had the worst technical difficulties resulting in me missing my entire appointment. I had significant hair loss after… I had significant hair loss after purchasing my extensions. I reached out to see if I could get a refund, and the person I spoke to was super helpful & kind. I’ve been purchasing hair from this company for years & it is by far my favorite. I’m sad I won’t get to use extensions for awhile, but I really appreciate the kindness from glam seamless

Glam hair quality … I have been buying Glam extensions for some time with satisfaction . My last two orders were brittle dry and loosing color . I called to complain . They told me they were aware . They had purchased hair from other supplier . They told me they changed supplier again and assured me the quality would be better. It isn’t . I called to inquire and was told they had new supplier and could not help me before. I asked for pricing . It has increased. My complaints to be addressed to their support. Be ware!! The hair quality just keeps getting worse
