At first when I had ordered the package… At first when I had ordered the package I did not receive any information and after reading the reviews was concerned. It turns out that they had responded to me, sent me an invoice, and gave me a tracker number on my other account. I guess by mistake I might've signed up with my e-mail. Anyways, even though it took awhile for it to arrive, it did! The wig is in great condition, beautifully packaged, and grateful for the prompt response!

Crooks and liars I placed an order November 21 2023 and Monday November 27 they called me say it's on back order. Big liars and it's Tuesday November 28 and still no update. They gave me a fake as tracking number, which I called USPS and they told me it didn't exist. Y'all can play with their asses but I am to every social media informing people that they are crooks. If I don't get my money back I am going to the local news station on them and have the better business bureau know what they are doing to people!!!

Honest review When I received my order all of my order was correct, but it did take me emailing after three weeks to see when my hair was going to be shipped. I’m not sure I would order from this site again even though I love supporting small businesses. I think the communication could be improved.

Great customer service!!!!!!! This is my second time purchasing from the company and customer service has been great and consistent ever since. When I came across a minor shipping issue, Blake flowers has been a very helpful support! They’ve reach back to me in the same day and fixed the issue surprisingly quick! I would say, when you’re ordering to definitely keep track of your shipping /tracking info so that you get your products on time. If there’s an issue, their customer service will get to you pronto! Not only that but they are so nice as well!!

My grandmother has been wearing the… My grandmother has been wearing the same wig style since around 2010 and a few years ago it discontinued I searched states over and online and could not find it. However I found it on this website and was skeptical I would get it and I got all 3 I ordered! It is so bad that I have the brand style and color memorized lol.
