Priority Mail not honored I requested and paid for Priority Mail Express 1-Day on Thursday, 8 June. Even after waiting 24-48 hours for processing, the product should have been received no later than 13 June (given the weekend). However, I did not receive my product until 14 June. I requested a reimbursement for the difference in shipping cost since I did not receive the order according to the 1-day privilege. After several emails, I was told on 13 June that the issue was being raised to management for the partial refund. I have not heard anything since that time.

The checkout process was easy and I had no difficulty in making the purchace. It was good value for money but I did spot more than a few spelling misteaks on the website. That was pretty annoying but the overall experience was quite satisfactory.

When I came across a minor shipping issue, Blake flowers has been a very helpful support! They’ve reach back to me in the same day and fixed the issue surprisingly quick! I would say, when you’re ordering to definitely keep track of your shipping /tracking info so that you get your products on time. If there’s an issue, their customer service will get to you pronto! Not only that but they are so nice as well!!
