Priority Mail not honored I requested and paid for Priority Mail Express 1-Day on Thursday, 8 June. Even after waiting 24-48 hours for processing, the product should have been received no later than 13 June (given the weekend). However, I did not receive my product until 14 June. I requested a reimbursement for the difference in shipping cost since I did not receive the order according to the 1-day privilege. After several emails, I was told on 13 June that the issue was being raised to management for the partial refund. I have not heard anything since that time.

Scammy business... Vendor never shipped order I ordered items that I kept checking the status on shipping on and kept being told my order would be shipped at the end of the week. After the 5th week of getting the run around I requested to cancel my order and get a refund... they continued to ignore me. I had to submit a claim through PayPal to recover the money I paid.

Excellent Customer Service I spoke with Zach and he was so helpful!!! My daughter has alopecia and wears a wig every day so Zach provided me with assistance to ensure we could order a wig that is economical yet looks like real hair and in a style and Color that is realistic for her complexion. Zach has gone out of his way to make sure we were satisfied customers and I look forward to working with him again soon!!!! Thanks for a great experience

Honest review When I received my order all of my order was correct, but it did take me emailing after three weeks to see when my hair was going to be shipped. I’m not sure I would order from this site again even though I love supporting small businesses. I think the communication could be improved.

I was expecting to wait a long time… I was expecting to wait a long time but it wasn't I got everything I ordered and was surprised they actually had mayde hair because no other store on line had it and at a very good price one beauty will now be my go to weave place I was very satisfied. Also they made me feel welcomed and appreciated with a email I spend a lot of money online for hair but never felt welcome for my business. Thanks keep up the good work I will be ordering again and again.
