Needed to get a replacement because of… Needed to get a replacement because of an accident involving my Trauma Void helmet. Company was great even though we had no receipt and helmet wasn’t registered (long story!) Very helpful staff with pretty much immediate response to emails and phone calls.

Trauma Void customer service has been… Trauma Void customer service has been exceptional. I had a fall recentyly and they immediately helped me with a discounted replacement of my helmet. Their policy ensures that riders are safe. They have been helpful and concerned for my safety, always responding promptly by email or phone. They just couldn't be more helpful and understanding.

Comfortable, but bad chin strap design. Edit, they are replacing my helmet! Trauma Void is replacing my helmet because of my chin strap issues. amazing that they are standing behind their product this way! I really like the fit and comfort of the helmet. Unfortunately the chin strap is a problem. It doesn't stay tight, and the daily adjustment means I have to remove the little chin pad, which is losing it's stickiness and not wanting to stay put anymore. The extra length of the strap requires that pas to not be sloppy. This is a shame because otherwise it is a fantastic helmet.

Great fit, nice look, unknown yet whether it prevents another concussion For the safety aspect, I don't know yet if the helmet works to prevent concussion for my 3x concussed child as they have kept their seat and not been tossed into any walls since receiving it. Fits well, is comfortable, and, according to other riders, looks "very professional!" I was ready to go through a few returns to get the right size, but with the very specific sizing, we got it right the first time. Hurray! Long-ish shipping time (but then I'm used to 2-day shipping offered by enormous online retailers).

Best quality product. The best quality helmet I've ever tested, and I can assure you that their equipment is safe. They also sell a variety of other items, such as boots, saddle pads, and other accessories, all of which are of excellent quality. I promise you'll enjoy buying some here!
