Paradise Farm & Tack started 4 years ago as a dream and now is a thriving store, mobile store and online operation. My husband and I left our corporate jobs to be able to use our talents in an area where our passions lie - our horses and our farm. The fruits of our labor is evident in the vast product selection you will find in our store, but more importantly the customer service and support you will receive from our team. We are a small shop that brings you a range of top quality products at competitive prices. Our small team achieves great accomplishments through our fun filled environment. Each member of the team brings different expertise to the table including different riding disciplines. Horribly Slow Processing Time Great price, but horribly slow processing time waiting for my order to ship. I ordered my boots on the 3rd, and didn't receive them until the 24th. I was given a tracking number when they shipped, and did receive them in 2 days. However, I was not notified of how long it would take before my order shipped. I am pleased with the response time of their customer service and prices. However, I would have rather paid more and gotten my order within 2 days from Amazon Prime.

My package took 2 weeks to ship when… My package took 2 weeks to ship when the website said it was in stock. I was thinking that a pair of breeches would have a quick turn around.
