GBI would have given 5 stars except they … I would have given 5 stars except they sent me a navy blue coat instead of the black I ordered without explanation that even though offered the coat in black when I ordered it. When I called to confirm the mix-up, they had no more black in my size. I love the coat and it was on sale, so I will keep it, but I would have appreciated a note or email explaining the circumstances.

GBParadise Farm & Tack Paradise Farm & Tack, has a good selection of products and some good deals. I love the rewards program. The only issue I've had with them is their lack of communication when orders are back ordered or delayed and for me it's a pretty big issue. I do not feel I should have to call every time I order to find out that my orders have been delayed. However, I was pleased to get a response to my email, personally inquiring as to ideas I felt could help to smooth this issue out. To me that shows they DO want to resolve the issue and actually do want my business. Other than that 1 issue it's a good company.

GBJenni and Jim have big business… Jenni and Jim have big business selection with small business attention to detail and customer service. I was in a bind once with a new horse, freshly imported and clipped, with no blanket to fit him. Jim delivered a perfect blanket to his stall door the same day! Jenni has helped me find show clothes that fit well and look coordinated. They are both knowledgeable horseman who give expert advice. Glad to know both of them!!!!’

GBChristmas surprise I was surprised that my late Christmas order ( with free shipping) arrived within 3 days of my order. The merchandise was perfect and I am very grateful. I had ordered this particular item on 2 other sites which took my order then had to refund when they found it was sold out. In the future I plan to go to Paradise Farm & Tack first for purchases. GBParadise Farm & Tack has Tucker Tweed!!! Paradise Farm & Tack had Tucker Tweed bags that my wife had not ever seen. Their pricing was excellent as was the shipping and information Paradise Farm & Tack provided. I was able to order a large tote and wallet for my wife's birthday, confident that she would be very pleased with the products.
