GBParadise Farm & Tack Paradise Farm & Tack, has a good selection of products and some good deals. I love the rewards program. The only issue I've had with them is their lack of communication when orders are back ordered or delayed and for me it's a pretty big issue. I do not feel I should have to call every time I order to find out that my orders have been delayed. However, I was pleased to get a response to my email, personally inquiring as to ideas I felt could help to smooth this issue out. To me that shows they DO want to resolve the issue and actually do want my business. Other than that 1 issue it's a good company.

What an AWESOME experience I had in shopping with this company!! Not only was there ALOT of tack but, clothes as well! And, best of all, I shopped from home with a choice of delivery options. Knowing in advance that I would not be able to attend the year end awards banquet, I had the option of receiving my order at home! Everything I ordered was in stock and my order arrived within 3 days!! Additionally, Paradise Farm and Tack stayed in touch with me regarding my order from start to finish! Excellent shopping experience, unbeatable service!

GBChristmas surprise I was surprised that my late Christmas order ( with free shipping) arrived within 3 days of my order. The merchandise was perfect and I am very grateful. I had ordered this particular item on 2 other sites which took my order then had to refund when they found it was sold out. In the future I plan to go to Paradise Farm & Tack first for purchases. GBI would have given 5 stars except they … I would have given 5 stars except they sent me a navy blue coat instead of the black I ordered without explanation that even though offered the coat in black when I ordered it. When I called to confirm the mix-up, they had no more black in my size. I love the coat and it was on sale, so I will keep it, but I would have appreciated a note or email explaining the circumstances.
