Want great hair that will last for months, buy Sunny Hair and stop wasting your money elsewhere! I have gotten many hair extensions from many suppliers and Sunny hair is My Favorite! The hair in worth every penny i spent lasts for months, which at the end of the year I saved hundreds of dollars! Every month I was buying new hair from different suppliers as the hair would barely last two washes. So I am very grateful I found this supplier and I absolutely love the hair! Thank you, so much!

Slow like a turtle pace customer service … It’s been almost a month that I’ve been contacting them for an exchange. Several phone calls, texts and emails were sent. They received my package per the tracking status. I texted the person to asked about my exchanges tracking number. Still I have not heard a word. I will never buy from them again!

Customer service is terrible Customer service is terrible. I placed an order on October 21 & opted for the 3-5 day shipping. It’s November 3 & I still haven’t received my order. I’ve made several attempts to reach out to the company & the only thing they said on October 29th was that they were gonna look into it. Still nothing.

the shipping that I paid 30.00 to get in 3-5 days still has not arrived … Right now can’t tell you how it is for I still have not received mine yet even tho I paid 30.00 for shipping 3-5 day’s delivery so am I upset you bet I am for it’s faculae you still don’t get the product as promised if you pay

Customer service is ridiculous I wrote a review on here before and they are stating that I wore my extensions for a month. I started writing them two weeks after I had my extensions I took them out after a week of having them in with no response from anybody after writing or reviewing on here I was told if I took it down I would get $100 of my $400 of my extensions that I bought for my daughter and myself that knott up When they were in our hair . At this point, I do not want a gift card from them that they have offered me $70 and $30 gift cards. I am told if I take my review would’ve got 100. I do not want this to happen to anybody.
