Dissatisfied customer I purchased ktips from sunny thinking it was great hair. Had them installed on Thursday & by Friday night they were all brittle and dry. I baby my extensions & only washed them once in a week because I'm afraid there going to get worse. I'm question if it's real human hair. Real human hair would not get this way in less than 24 hours. The color is exactly what I expected The color is exactly what I expected. The quality is beautiful. The hair is shinny and strong. I have used many kinds of extensions and these ones are my fav. One advice: don’t put any dry shampoo or styling products on them. Just shampoo and conditioner will do it.

Sunny extensions Sunny extensions, I have reached out multiple times in regards to my horrible extensions, and the sub par customer service. I’m leaving yet another bad review because you responded to my other one stating that the customer service & manufacturing team reached out to me but in fact have not. This is by far the worst customer support and service on top of being synthetic hair extensions, not human hair. Highly recommend anyone reading this to not purchase through this company.
