Very good quality extensions Very good quality extensions. They last quite a while, a good 2 months before some start to slip. I was able to retip and reuse them since the hair was still in great condition. I use hairdryer and other heatstyling tools and the hair stayed shiny and smooth.(dark brown #2) I also purchased some blonde ones for a friend, they were a bit frizzy when she took them out. The keratin left no residu when we removed them. I purchased a second bundle for the next time I install them. Love these.

Sunny extensions Sunny extensions, I have reached out multiple times in regards to my horrible extensions, and the sub par customer service. I’m leaving yet another bad review because you responded to my other one stating that the customer service & manufacturing team reached out to me but in fact have not. This is by far the worst customer support and service on top of being synthetic hair extensions, not human hair. Highly recommend anyone reading this to not purchase through this company.

the shipping that I paid 30.00 to get in 3-5 days still has not arrived … Right now can’t tell you how it is for I still have not received mine yet even tho I paid 30.00 for shipping 3-5 day’s delivery so am I upset you bet I am for it’s faculae you still don’t get the product as promised if you pay

Excellent service and quick Excellent service and quick. I ordered the wrong hair extensions and realized it as soon as I finished ordering it. The customer service department helped me find the correct size and colour and were able to change my order asap without any issues. The new hair extensions came within days of ordering and the quality it perfect.
