I wish I could give RPGShow's wig… I wish I could give RPGShow's wig "sofiathewigstylist003" a zero-star rating for the horrendous experience I've had with it. I ordered what was described as a stunning Caramel blonde wig for my wedding, only to receive a dismal gray mess. Immediately upon its arrival, I noticed the stark difference between what was advertised and what I received. The brown roots are not the same, The dye job far from blonde. I contacted their customer support within 20 minutes of delivery, as per their return policy, requesting a return label and a refund. Little did I know that this would be the start of a frustrating ordeal. Despite sending no less than seven emails pleading for resolution, I received nothing but radio silence from RPGShow when they acknowledge their incompetence and say they'll send a return label. Mind you, this is the second time in the past couple months going through a headache with their beyond unethical goons. I have resorted to opening PayPal disputes (that's how I got my money back a couple months ago, and what I have to do now). RPGShow's attempt to coerce me into paying for return shipping, despite their policy clearly stating otherwise for cases reported within 7 days, is utterly reprehensible. It's beyond distasteful; it's downright disgusting. This isn't my first rodeo with RPGShow. In the past, I've tolerated their inaccuracies, often resorting to dyeing or tweaking their wigs to salvage some semblance of value. But enough is enough. I refuse to be taken advantage of any longer. I've spent $638 on a product that is a far cry from what was advertised, and I request a full refund already.

Stunning Stunning Wig I ordered the hairbysam022 dark roots with buttercream ombre/balayage ends, 20 inch 200% density and it is absolutely stunning right out of the box. The color looks so professional, the hairline is plucked to perfection and the knots bleached and invisible. RPGShow has always been the top of the line for me-I have at least 10 wigs over the past 8 years-but with this wig they have even outdone themselves! I am approached at least once a day with compliments about my wigs. If you need a wig, make the investment in an RPGSHOW wig, you will not be disappointed.

I had an ordinarie expereince with… I had an ordinarie expereince with RPGShow. It was almost good. The products were okay to use. The website was easy to use and was pretty straight forward. No compalints there. The custume service also was helpful when I needed assistance. So all in all pretty satisfied with my expereince there. However, sthg I did not appreciate was the delivery time. It was too long. Not sure why it took so much time for them to deliver. Other than that, everything else was just fine.

As always RPG show has exceeded my… As always RPG show has exceeded my expectations. Customer service was very communicative assisting me in getting the color & layering just right for my new purchase. Wigs are well made & I always get compliments on whatever style I choose.

Good wig but it sheds too much I ordered the Dominic002 wig in April 2022 and it didn't really look the same as the pic on the website but it was still a beautiful wig smells nice and feels soft. Out of all the wig companies lve ordered from rpgshow was the best one.even one year into wearing the wig I would still get compliments. The only issue that I have with this wig is that it sheds too much. This wig is too expensive to be shedding like that. Rpgshow needs to do something about it.
